THE PROCESS:

The powder and casting to be coated are oppositely electrostatically charged, making them attracted to each other.

The desired dry powder is controllably sprayed at the casting surface.

The powder sticks to the surface of the casting (including hard to reach areas) in a very even layer.

The casting is then placed into an oven to cure.
